UK TV Premiere Dates: 2024 Calendar

The sport is dead, long live the sport! The Euros and Wimbledon may have concluded, but the Summer Olympics is now here to fulfil all your running, jumping and splashing needs. New original TV drama and comedy is a bit thin on the ground as a result, so this is a great time to catch up on any overdue US imports. May we suggest the truly great Interview With the Vampire on BBC iPlayer (series two arrives on Aug 1) and the lots-of-fun Only Murders in the Building on Disney+ (series four arrives Aug 27)?

Other than that, you can spend your time speculating about Doctor Who series 15, and enjoying new six-part series Supacell, which came to Netflix on June 27 and tells a time-twisting story about a group of Black Londoners who develop superpowers – read more about that here.
